RESEARCH SNAPSHOT
My research focusses on predicting protein function on a genome-wide scale, using computational functional genomics methods. Besides elucidating protein function, I also employ such methods for the analyses of cellular systems and for pathway discovery. Some current projects I am working on include comparative genomics of Apicomplexa and protein family analyses in Apicomplexa and higher order eukaryotes. REPRESENTATIVE PUBLICATIONS
